My Safe Sound Sleep and Child Sleep Problems  is directed at the childhood problems related to the childhood problems of sleep including settling, night awakening and sleep walking. The program includes bedtime stories for children ages three to eight, and eight to twelve. The stories contain unique relaxation and visualization sequences told in wonderful images to help your child empower him/her self to settle into sleep, get back to sleep if wakened, and to wake up during sleep walking all on their own.
